We process and dispatch all orders within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery. Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or promotional periods.

Domestic shipping within Pakistan typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Delivery times to major cities such as Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad are generally faster, while deliveries to remote areas may take additional time. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives safely. If your order arrives damaged or you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package and we will do our best to resolve the matter promptly.
